If I file chapter 7, can I include loans made to me by a Corporation that I was the CEO at the time?

Of course. In fact, you must include them. However, if there was an issue of fraud, the corporation could try to bring an adversary action to deny the discharge of the loans. Since I do not have all the facts, you need to speak to counsel. Dennis Felix
