I own 3 acres that was gifted to me should I transfer the dead before filing

It's hard to answer a question which contains as little info as yours does.

In general, transferring property of any kind right before a bankruptcy filing is looked upon as fraud. It would probably be a bad idea.

But ask your own lawyer. You do have one? You are not trying to do this by yourself are you? If so, really bad idea.
