Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota

Bar owner kicked me out of bar and said I couldn't come back. He didn't give reason. I said that was ridiculous. I cannot say he kicked me out on any "protected class" issues. Nevertheless, isn't being kicked out "arbitrarily" grounds enough for being unconstitutional? --- Sleepless in Minnesota

In Minnesota the bar owner has the right to refuse service to anyone for nearly any reason or no reason at all.
