Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Minnesota

i got caught smoking marijuana by a cop, and i was wondering if my high school has any right knowing. and, if so do they have any right doing anything about it or even talking to me about if it wasn't on school grounds?

Your school may not have a "right" to know, but they can be told. And they likely will be told. If they are told they will probably be able to take some sort of action depending on the school. If it is a private school they could easily kick you out. If it's a public school, they could still take action, but their actions are limited.
