Can you also sue and individual owner of an S. Corp?

By your question, I assume your question is whether you can sue both the S Corp and the owner (or one of the owners) of the S Corp. In the abstract, there are claims that can be made against the owner of a corporation. However, there are not enough facts here to determine if you have a valid claim against the shareholder of the corporation.
