Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

i'm a debtor , caused by I.D. theft, by a crimanal RANDOLPH ALBERT LaFONTAINE now deceased. Due to his theft of my asets, over a period of Nine Years, i'm behelden to credit card, bank accounts , and Forclouser in 2002 of his theft. Currently, all I have is a monthly Disablity Comp, from Veterans Affairs.This IS all that I have as any forum of Earthly assets. Every thing else OWED !.Question: can a lawfirm levie, freaze, or any other form take my Disablity Funds.

It sounds like you are a victim of Identity Theft, not a debtor. Have you done anything to protect your rights? Did you file a police report? Did you file affidavits with creditors?
