what can i do on a chips petition case that has to do with sexual assult matters as my daughter age 15 has a baby with a sex affender at this time social services has put this out on my daughter and grand baby also the dad has effended my daughter again and has come to my attention that he has threatend her family bodily harm so she was scared to tell me or police about it can u help me with this please
