Hello. Your question is too vague for anything but a general response. I would need to know the full details and facts and circumstances prior to providing an opinion. A Domestic Abuse No Contact Order (DANCO) may be issued in a criminal case as a pretrial order or as a probationary order at sentencing. A DANCO may be issued in domestic abuse, harassment, stalking, OFP violation or prior DANCO violation sorts of cases. I urge you to seek legal advice for your needs and issues from an attorney of your choosing. All the best.
