Short answer: consult with a good criminal defense lawyer as soon as possible - in person.

It is important that you not talk to police without your lawyer, if ever. Police will lie to you (to anyone). Police cannot make any deals that you could make stick, without a criminal defense lawyer representing your side. Police do not care about you or your family. They only want more bust(s).

A good criminal defense lawyer should be able to help you figure out your options regarding your daughter, and possibilities regarding your friend.

I need more information to properly answer your question. There is little I can do about your eviction, but that depends on the rental agreement. Your custody issue also requires more information. Please call me. 651.604.0000
