Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

Expungement of criminal records

I am interested in finding out how I can have my criminal record expunged. I was arrested on a drug charge and accepted a diversion program. I have since completed that diversion program and I was under the understanding that upon completion of the diverstion program, I could have my criminal record expunged. I would like to do this myself as I cannot afford to pay my lawyer any more money.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Re: Expungement of criminal records

You would have to get a copy to the order you speak of and

file a motion. There is a statute to do what you want

I am sure you can fine an attorney to do this for

you at a reasonable price.
