Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

My girlfriend convinced me a man she worked with was sexually harassing her at work, so I sent and email stating that fact and he was reprimanded and no further action was taken against him or I.

My question now is, she is dating both of us now and I think he has a right to know she has been lying and manipulating us and palying us gainst each other, and I would like to tell him why I sent the email in the first place. I fear if I cantact him they will get together and file a harassent restraining order aginst me, she's very good at lying. Can they file one just because I email him and tell him she's using both of us?

First, it sounds to mme as if you would do well to move on and find a new girlfriend.

Second, making contact makes little sense. However, if you choose to do so, it would not support a harassment restraining order unless you have been advised that no further contact is desired.
