is it illegal in mn for a 28 year old to be with a 16 year old and the 28 year old is his manager also he lives with her parendt live in diff state and he does not attend school

It is possible that what you are describing is a felony in Minnesota. You should contact a criminal defense attorney for a more precise answer. The statute you most likely could be violating is Minnesota Statute 609.345 Subdivision 1(f). This makes it illegal to have a sexual relationship with a 16-18 year old if you are in a position of authority. From the facts given, it seems like you may be.
