is it legal for a state to extend your license revolcation time when you volunteer to be on the interlock program. I served a 4 yr prison sentence and they want me to start my time all over.

I am sorry you had to be in prison & wish the very best for you - I am sure you can extend compassion and understanding to others in ways few can. All the best to you in your future.

Be aware that attorneys are subject to clear & detailed rules re. soliciting clients: See MN Rules of Prof'l Resp.

As to your personal circumstances, an attorney would need to review the particulars. All who participate in the Interlock program are doing so voluntarily, by free choice. I am not sure what you mean by 'volunteering' for Interlock. Again, best to you.
