minor consumption 19yr old
In Mn Statute 340A.503 it says ''possession at a place than the ''household'' of the parent,ect. If a peace officer saw you in the garage, or on the deck, or at the lake cabin with your parents, can he still give you a minor consumption? Yes, this did happen and now we are going to court . The county attorney took this case over.

I think you have a strong case. I think you should hire an attorney and challenge the charge.
