i have a pattern of stalking and domestic assault i need help because i did not do nothing they are say and the victim is not working with them

If you are being charged with stalking and domestic assault, you probably realize that these are serious crimes. I would highly suggest you find and talk to a criminal defense attorney that has worked on similar cases. Even if the victim is not working with the State, that will not stop the State from persuing these criminal charges and going after you. It also won't stop the State from using some of your statements or the victims statements against you.
