Hello. Many more factors need to be known. Most likely in a situation as you describe, multiple repercussions will unfold and the offender will face multiple penalties. I do not understand what you mean re. 'orders expire at that time'. If you are facing these sorts of issues, you definitely need private attorney assistance and counsel. This website provides general information, not legal advice for an individual's personal legal issue. Some attorneys, myself included, are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will confer initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys, myself included, will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. Some attorneys, myself included, may also assist you in limited scope manner to conserve legal costs. All the best.
