Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

Not sure

My question is kind of complicated,I think it has to do with many areas of law I think. First of all im 17. I think I was raped by my ex,Hes an adult and I think hes lieing about his age.He a non citizen and hes going back to his country before anything bad happends.I just found out he is married and has kids,I had no idea. I might be pregnant and hes denying everything.Hes harassing me, he goes to school with me. He haveing other people harass me and I feel threatened. He calls late at night and prank calls.I think he might do something especially since I might be pregnant and that would be my only evidence. Basicly my word against his, this happend at the end of october and I am emotinally damaged from this ordeal. I know this is very difficult and I was told it is very gray and would hard to prove anything. I might not even come forward if I don't have a chance. My question is what can I do and what are my legal avenues? Im not sure on how the law works so I would like any advice if possible, thanks.

Re: Not sure

If you have in fact been raped, call the police immediately by dialing "911" to report it. Whether or not you do that, you could also go to court to get a harassment restraining order to restrain him from calling or otherwise contacting you, directly or indirectly. If you are pregnant, you have the right to choose what to do about it.

1) If you think you have been raped, you should contact teh police as

soon as possible. They ahve victim's advocateds who can help you.

2) If you think you are pregnant, I recommend getting a pregnancy

test as soon as possible. There's not much advice that I can give

without knowing if you are expecting a child or not
