Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

I have a Theft case 7 years ago and I plead guilty. what are the chance of me getting it expunge?

If you entered a guilty plea, you could not expunge the administrative record where most background checks occur unless there are extraordinary circumstances wartranting that expungement. Being able to acquire employment or seek promotions would not be considered extraordinary.
