I am not sure what you mean when you ask if there is a time limit.
A Motion to withdraw a plea can be made, but it is significantly more difficult to withdraw a plea after a sentencing has occurred and a Judge will generally only allow it if he/she finds that a failure to allow the withdrawal results in a manifest injustice.
