Can a 16 yr old female have a consenting heterosexual relatonahip with a male that is 27 yrs of age?

It is certainly not a wise idea. However, whether it is criminal in nature depends on the relationship between the parties. A person in a position of authority (which is often inconsistently interpreted) may face felony charges.

Additionally, if the parents do not consent, they may seek a harassment restraining order if conduct is inconsistent with their expressed wishes.
