Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

Citation for underage consumption in MN

I was cited for underage drinking. i am almost 17 and i do not own a car or even have a permit yet but next week is when my drivers ed starts, it was a 1st time offence and I know I do not have a problem, it was a first time, and last time thing, what do you think could happen? I had a .133 alcohol level and its important that I know everything that COULD happen to me. I am confident that they may go easy on me and just ask for a fine or something, but please tell me everything that may happen, how long it could stay on my record, and what problems I might have in the future. Also I am planning to move to KS sometime this summer. Would this affect it?

You have asked too much.

Likely you will just face a fine. But whether or not this stays on your record will depend on what the Judge does.

It should not affect you going to KS this summer.

Your school may punish you, that I don't know.
