Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

I received an under age consumption ticket in crow wing county Minnesota. We were stopped but not pulled over by a cop, and the driver blew nothing cause she had not been drinking. Then he made the passangers take a breathalizer. What would be the charges I would recieve for blowing .066?

You would likely be charged as a Misdemeanor under Minnesota Statute 340A.703 and 340A.503. As such, it is possible to be sentenced up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. Although the maximum is very unlikely. Without knowing more about you or the case, I cannot give you a better answer.

It would be a good idea to gather your documents relating to this offense and contact an attorney to discuss the individual factors of your case. If you would like to discuss this case further feel free to give us a call. 612-217-0077
