Legal Question in Education Law in Minnesota

Harrassment, discrimination, abuse from faculty, in our school.

What can I do if my children and other students are being mistreated in our school? The faculty and board will not help us! The faculty are the ones who are being discriminative and abusive towards the students. I would like to discuss full details and facts with someone to find out what we can do and what our rights are. My childrens grades are dropping severely and they are becoming increasingly depressed over this situation! I am a single working parent not much $ to spare. HELP!
