Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Accoding to my divorce decree my ex wife is suppose to pay 72% of the copays or deductible s on medical bills for my kids

Since i carry the insurance for them. The deal is, i had insurance with the military. I retired thinking that the insurance carried over 30 days. My ex made an appointment for my daughter when i had insurance. My insurance was cancelled the day before her appointment, we didnt know this. Is she still responsible for 72% of the bill or 50%. I have insurance on them now..

The bad news is that if your court order required you to carry insurance and that insurance lapsed, if left up to a court, you would likely be required to pay any cost that would otherwise have been covered by insurance. The balance would be divided pursuant to the percentages of the court order.
