alimony

I was married for 3 years and stayed at home the whole time raising the children. Am I entitled to any sort of alimony?

There are many criteria that go in to determining whether spousal maintenance is appropriate including length of marriage, earning history, earning potential, age, health etc...

As a result, spousal mainteenance may be possible, but to make that determination many more facts must be provided. Based on a three year marriage, any maintenance paid is likely to be short term.
