Re: child cusody

The person who believes that he is the father of the child must bring a paternity action against the mother. The court will require blood tests.

Re: child cusody

You will have to take the mother to court and obtain an order requiring her and the child to submit to paternity testing. Please contact me if you would like a free one hour office consultation.

The putative father will bring a paternity action in court. The court will probably order that testing occur. Unless the mother has a good reason for resisting, she will look bad in the eyes of the court.
