When a child turns 18 in MN, can the parents legally kick her out of the home? What statutes are there for this?

A 'minor child' becomes an adult in MN law pursuant to detailed law (statutes). And, in lay terms, not all 'kids' are considered 'adults' right at age 18, for instance. If there is 'a kid' facing this worry, I urge she 1. Tell school counselors, other trusted teachers, 2. phone local county social services, and 3. Call Crisis Connection 24-7 and repeatedly to discuss what's happening.
