what constitutes a week of visitation? My ex and I have always went Sunday to Sunday until I went back and got more time. Now she says a weeks is from Sunday to Saturday therefore cutting my visitation time.

Generally, the parenting time schedule would be determined by your court order. If there is no schedule, it is unclear what was intended.
