Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I have a contempt hearing next week in Minnesota in which I am being accused of denying parenting time, disparaging the other parent, alienation of affection and refusing to follow a court order. I admit I have done those things and turned my kids against their father but how can he really prove it? what is to happen to me and the children?
