Custody

If i give full custody to husband will i still be able to have access to my son school and dr records and visit on week end and summer and ever other holydays

Hi,

Access to school / medical records: Yes, as a parent, you will always have access to those records

Parenting time: You would need to negotiate a parenting time schedule with your husband. There is no reason why you couldn't negotiate to get alternating weekends, holidays, and extended summer parenting time. You just need to be certain that it is written into the order that the judge signs.
