Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I had a debt that is owed to me by my ex. We had a consolidated student loan when we were divorced and this debt stayed with me so there was a stipulation put in the divorce for a monthly payment for the period of the loan (10 years). I had no issues collecting this for a few years, but now have not received a payment in 6 months and feel that I need to take some sort of action as talking it over has not worked.

How would I go about enforcing the divorce and collecting this money?

You will need to file a contempt motion to enforce your divorce order. Contempts are complicated and you should hire an attorney to help you.
