my divorce decree states that i am to be paid a settlement within 60 days of the judgement being entered, that time has passed, how do i recieve payment?

Depending on what other terms are in your Divorce Decree you may have several options. You may be able to collect it like other judgments - garnish wages, levy bank accounts and the like. You should meet with an attorney to review your options. It might be helpful if you send a letter to your former spouse and ask for payment with a reminder that it is now past due.
