I would need many more facts to advise you properly. I am concerned that your ex is calling the police if you are late dropping off your child. That suggests a history that really argues for an in-depth consultation by a lawyer who practices near you.

You can bring motions to enforce your rights under the divorce decree, but sometimes it is not worth the cost of an attorney to bring motions about issues such as a couple missed parenting opportunities or the failure to provide proof of insurance. An attorney can advise you as to whether these issues are significant enough to bring to the attention of the Court.

In the meantime, assuming there is no Order for Protection in force against you, you may want to write your ex a polite letter requesting that she provide you with the proof of insurance and day care expense. Keep a copy of that letter for your records.
