i want to know how many months i have to be seperated from my husband to get a divorce and how is the prcess for me to get divorce

In Minnesota, there is no timeline to be separated before a divorce can be filed or finalized.

The process depends on whether you have an agreement or not. It starts by fiing and serving a Summons and Petition for divorce.
