Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

In the divorce I received my childhood home which I shall refinance within 90 days of the date of decree. He quit claim deeded it back to me. I am unable to refiance because I am self employed and fall short of the requirements for a home loan. He is asking the courts to make me auction the home off. Can they make me sell the home. As I do daycare in the home this would also mean that I lose my source of income.

It would be necessary to review your divorce decree, but generally, as a condition of the decree, a provision is included which allows the home to be placed on the market for sale if it is not refinanced to remove the other party's name.
