Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

family

I was in a realtionship for over 11 years and had two kids with him. We owned a home and cars. hge also helps ran a family bussiness that I also help start and he is aprt owner with one of them. He has never gave me money after I left him because of abuse mentally and physical. Do I have the right to take him to court?

If you have two children with the father, you may seek to establish paternity. If paternity is already established, you may seek to establish custody and child support.

If you are unmarried and are not listed as an ownber of the business, you would have no interest in that business or proceeds from it.
