grandparents rights&visition

i need to more on my rights,what are my rights as a grandparent to have visiting rights.i never had a problem until the parents broke-up,now the mother of my granddaughter won't let me see or get her

There are specific rights given to grandparents under Minnesota Law. We would first need to prove to the Judge that you meet the criteria in order to be able to bring your case to court. After that, we would need to prove that grandparent visitation would be in the best interests of your grand child. We offer a free initial consultation.
