Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Hearing Timelines

I had a child support hearing several weeks ago. They scheduled a date for that ruling, which has now come and gone. When should I expect a ruling? While I wait, my x does not have to pay as child support amendments are not retroactive in our state.

Child support orders are retrocative back to the date that you filed your motion for child support. A child support magistrate or Judge has up to 90 days to issue a ruling.
