Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

What are the laws in Minnesota when it comes to my daughter seeing her father if his name is not on her birth certificate? A paternity test was done so we know that he is her father, but he hasn't filed to have his name added. He has recently moved, but he won't tell me where he is living and I am not comfortable sending her with him if I don't know where she will be.

You need to get a child custody and support order! There are no ifs, ands or buts about it. You need to stop playing games with him. Someone, whether an attorney or public official, will find out where he is living. The birth certificate probably doesn't mean a whole lot, and you certainly shouldn't be relying on it for custody issues.
