I met a woman from Sudak Ukraine on the internet and plan on going to visit her. What are the laws regarding marrying somone from a different country
1. Can it be done there or does it need to be done here?
2. Does she become a US citizen right away
3. Is there legal worries about her coming to the US?

2. Does she become a US citizen right away
No. We would need to do the proper paperwork with the Immigration Service and Department of State. It will take approximately 10-12 months to bring her here.
3. Is there legal worries about her coming to the US?
Not if the paperwork is done properly.
