Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

order for protection

I was told by my lawyer that I am going to be served order for protection papers against my children. If the papers haven't been served to me yet, am I still legally able to see them?

Re: order for protection

Maybe not, but it would still be a risk for you to do anything you know there is a court order against. Ask this question of your own lawyer and follow his or her advice.
