In Minnesota you can obtain a default divorce which does not require a Stiuplated Judgment and Decree signed by both parties. There are certain steps that have to be followed but you can get some guidance by checking out the website www.mncourts.gov and review the forms for divorce. In the alternative, consult with a family law attorney.
