Rescinding or appealing order of protection

Are there any circumstances under which an order of protection can be rescinded ,or appealed . Suppression of evidence, or proper court procedures??

Re: Rescinding or appealing order of protection

An order for protection may be appealed if you can demonstrate that the evidence did not support the determination by the judge or that the Judge abused his/her discretion in entering the order. An appeal must occur within 60 days
