spousal maintenance

my ex was ordered to pay maintenance 2x's per month through auto wage deduction; he left his job, has a new employer and will not tell them about the court order; he said he will pay me...I should just trust him....what a joke! How do I enforce the original court order? He will not tell me the name of the new employer......

The child support enforcement office may run his social security number to determine where he is employed. If they will not do that, you may file a Motion seeking that information.
