Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Taking children out of state

My decree states that my ex & I are to inform each other when taking our children out of state. He has done this several times without informing me. Is there something that can be done?

Thank you for the post.

If your spouse is violating a court order, your only real options would be to (1) mediate a resolution of the issue; or (2) file a Motion for Contempt and seeking sanctions such as an award of your legal fees.
