Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

temporary custody hearing set

husband claims his attorney told him that he can take the kids whenever he wants and take them overnight, regardless of what I say, and there's nothing I can do about it. And if I call the police, there is nothing they will do. Is this true? I have had primary responsibility over our children since the start of the divorce. He told me he wants to put in parenting time to get half custody so he doesn't have to pay me a dime. Our temporary hearing is set for this Friday. What happens if I don't let him see the kids in fear that he won't bring them home?
