Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I just had trial for a divorce with children. I have to give a closing with statues and case laws. The custody evaluater in this case submitted her paperwork. On one page she quotes me telling her the reasoning on why i did what I did. Then when giving her opinion to the courts she states I gave her no explanation other then I wanted to. when questioning her in court about this she then said at one time i had made that statement to her. However that is not what is on the paperwork. She also lied to the judge about a xconversation we had> She lied about time frams that didnt happen that the only knowledge she had about it was from my husband. No actual proof. There is something else that happened to. Where can i find a case law or what is the case law to get her report taken out of consideration do to what I just explained here.

The report will always be considered. You may argue about it's validity and effect based on any cross examination that occurred regarding methodology or inconsistency. The weight of the report is something that rests in the discretion of the court.
