How old do u have to be to choose which parent you want to live with at age 12 in Minnesota

A child never has the ability to chose which parent she wants to live with until they are an adult. The court MAY consider the child's wishes, but it is only one of a number of factors the court will evaluate to determine what is in the child's best interest.
