Gift
I dated a man for 1 year. During that time he bought me a diamond ring, bracelet and necklace. I was unemployeed for 6 months during that time and he gave me $1200.00. We are no longer together. He is threatening to take me to court to get the jewelry and money back.

If there is no writing, they will likely be deemed gifts.you will need to establish intent. I could write a letter for you which could.resolve it prior to court.
