Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

I came to US in 2014 on H4 visa, i got my H1B approved in oct 2014.my case got reopned in dec 2014. my consultancy is not paying me anything as i do not have any project in hand. As it is valid not to work till 180 days on H1 i am still waiting for project. Today i checked online USCIS status that they have sent a notic to my employer with the intent of revoking the approval . What are the chances of getting my case approved. How much time i have to file for H4 again. Can i appeal to reopen my H1 case again in order to get approved?

I recommend that we file to change your status back to H-4 as soon as possible. If USCIS revokes your H-1B you will be out of status and it will be much more difficult to change status back to H-4 at that time.
